Avocado Dip/Salad

I have been making this avocado dip/salad for years and everyone asks for me to make it or either asks for the recipe. It is one of my all time favorites to make. It is easy and it tastes amazing!

Here is what you need: 1 can of Rotel, 6 avocados, 1 orange, 4 limes, salt and pepper for taste. I can of hot Rotel but if you don’t like it very spicy you can get mild.

This is a dip but you can eat as a salad in a bowl with chips. You could also put it in a tortilla as a vegetarian taco, or if you like shrimp, you can add shrimp to the avocado dip and eat it as a meal. We are observing lent so we ate it as a meal this past Friday.

This can be made for fewer than 10 dollars.

Here are the steps:

1.) You want to cut the avocados first. I dice them into small chunks.

2.) Then you want to add in the can of Rotel. Don’t forget to drain the juice before putting in the Rotel.

3.) Next, you want to squeeze 1 orange and 3 limes. I got 4 limes just incase the limes didn’t have that much juice. Add salt and pepper for taste. This depends on your preference on how much you choose to put in it.

Mix it and then enjoy!

Thank you so much for following,
