I have been having a hard time feeling good and energized throughout the day. I am a mom and a wife, I work, I clean, I do laundry, I run errands, and that’s on a regular basis. A lot depends on us women getting things done. By the end of the day I’m exhausted, especially when that time of the month comes along. Do any of you other women feel the same way?
I’m not sure if it’s because I am getting older or what, but I am always in pain, I feel bloated, I’m drained, and I just don’t feel like doing anything. I needed to do something different so I decided to do yoga in the morning. I can’t tell you the difference it’s made me feel.

I don’t do a long routine. I do these 8 simple poses to stretch me out and believe it or not I feel energized afterwards. I hold each pose for about 10-15 seconds.

Advice from women

I do the 8 pose yoga routine in the morning. It helps me to start the day off right and to feel better.
