Our New Home Reveal + Christmas Home Tour

If you have been following Positively Beautiful Life for a while then you know we moved recently to the Austin area and we bought a new home. It seems like it took forever to get our stuff out of boxes, get things organized and situated. Moving is never fun. We are finally all situated, but we still are going to remodel our house. That is going to be a lot of work and time because we plan to do it ourselves. We had a winter storm a couple of weeks ago and I thought it would be a great time to show you our new home and a Christmas home tour.

Also, if you follow me on social media I recently got a drone. We used a DJI Spark drone to take the video of the home tour. We plan to be doing more videos so stay tuned. Make sure you are following me on YouTube and my Instagram Stories.

I wanted to share a little bit about our move incase you are just now joining us. We lived in Houston for about 6 years. My husband, (Mr. PBL) lost his job and because we didn’t want to relocate, he had to find another job. Luckily he found a job in Austin. We moved to downtown Austin area back in June and lived there a couple of months until we found a home we wanted to buy.

We looked for a while. We couldn’t seem to find anything that we were looking for. We were thinking maybe we might have to rent for a while until we found what we wanted. We decided to look one more time and that is when we found our house. It was love at first sight! We could definitely see the potential in this home.

  1. Congrats on the new home Amanda! Looks like beautiful blessing from God. I heard a rumor that Blog Elevated will be having their next conference in Houston at the beginning of March. Have a Merry Christmas and may God continue to bless you and your family in the New Year.
